For electrical, HVAC and plumbing shops on Jobber

You sent the quote on Tuesday. It is Friday. Now what?

For a lot of shops the answer is nothing, because the owner is on a truck. We read your Jobber account and chase the two things that quietly cost you money: quotes nobody answered, and invoices nobody paid. Start with a free audit — we read, we do not touch.

What it does

Three jobs, all of them boring, all of them money.

None of this is clever. It is the work a good office manager would do every morning if you had one, done on a schedule, in your voice, from your Jobber data.

Chases quotes nobody answered

A quote sits in awaiting response and the trail goes cold. We follow up on your behalf, politely, and stop the moment the customer replies or opts out.

Chases invoices nobody paid

Past-due invoices get a reminder that keeps the customer. Paid, voided, written-off and not-yet-due invoices are left alone — chasing those is how shops lose people.

Watches your books

Once a week we compare your Jobber invoices against QuickBooks and send you a short list of what disagrees: missing invoices, duplicated customers, payments that never landed.

The part that is different

A quote that was read and ignored is not the same problem as a quote that never arrived.

They opened it and went quiet

The quote reached them and they read it. So the sticking point is the price or the scope, and the useful message asks about exactly that, and offers to adjust.

They never opened it

Then it is not a sales problem at all. It is spam filters, a typo in the address, or a link nobody clicked. The useful message checks that it arrived and offers to resend.

Where this comes from

Jobber itself records whether a customer opened a quote in the client hub. It is already in your own dashboard — we are not adding tracking of our own, and we never write "I saw you opened this" in an email to your customer. Nobody likes being watched. The signal picks the message; it never shows up in it.

Start here

The free audit: one page, real numbers, no commitment.

Before you buy anything, find out whether there is anything to buy. Three steps, usually about ten minutes of your time.

1

You connect Jobber, read-only

You click a link, log into your own Jobber, and approve. You can disconnect from inside Jobber at any moment without asking us.

2

We read and count

Quotes still awaiting an answer and what they are worth. Invoices past due and by how many days. Where Jobber and QuickBooks disagree, if you use both.

3

You get one page back

By email, usually within one business day. If the numbers are small, we will tell you so and you owe us nothing. That is a real outcome, not a sales trick.

Before you click approve

What Jobber's permission screen says, and what is actually true.

Read this first

When you approve the connection, Jobber shows a standard sentence: this app "wants permission to view or edit" your account information. That wording is Jobber's, and it is the same for every app in their marketplace.

Our app requests four permissions — clients, quotes, invoices, payments — and every one of them is set to read. Write is switched off. You can see this yourself on the approval screen before you agree, and you can revoke it from Jobber's App Marketplace afterwards without contacting us.

  • We cannot change a quote, an invoice, a price or a customer record. The permission is not there.
  • Emails to your customers go out under your shop's name, with a line saying they were sent on your behalf, and a way to stop them.
  • Your customers' own follow-up preferences, the ones already set inside Jobber, are honoured. If a customer is marked not to receive follow-ups, they get nothing.
  • All of this is written down in our terms of service and privacy policy, in plain English.

Where we actually are

We are new, and we would rather you heard it from us.

Golden River Stone is a small Wyoming company. This product is built and tested against Jobber's live API, and it is not yet in Jobber's public App Marketplace — we are taking a handful of pilot shops first, which is also the limit Jobber puts on apps before review.

So there are no customer logos on this page and no testimonials, because inventing them would be the fastest way to prove we should not be trusted with your data. What we can offer a pilot shop is the audit for free, the software free while we learn from you, and a person who answers email.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not for.

A good fit

  • You run one to five trucks and quote regularly
  • Your work already lives in Jobber
  • Nobody in the shop owns follow-up, because everyone is busy
  • You would rather keep a customer than win an argument

A poor fit

  • You do not use Jobber — we do not support other systems yet
  • You want cold outbound to strangers; this only ever contacts people who already asked you for a quote or owe you money
  • You want an AI to answer your phone; Jobber sells that themselves and we do not compete with it
  • You want text messages; we do not send SMS

Contact

Email a person. No forms, no phone tree.

Tell us your shop name, your state, your trade, and how long you have been on Jobber. That is enough to start the audit.

What we have written down, so you can judge us before you write

Every one of these is sourced against Jobber’s own documentation, with the date we checked it. Read them and you will get most of the value without ever talking to us.

  1. Jobber tells you when a client opens your quote. Then the notification disappears.

Where that information actually lives, and what each quote status really means.

  2. An unpaid invoice has two causes. They need opposite messages.

Both messages, written out, and the cadence around them.

  3. Jobber and QuickBooks Online stopped matching. Here is how to tell which one is wrong.

Two live integrations, and the warnings that change your numbers without failing.

  4. It is easy to click Allow Access without reading it. The screen is worth ninety seconds.

Read access versus write access. Apply the checklist to us as well.
